1. Power washing when required

2.Scraping, Priming & Minor Maintenance

All loose paint is removed, all bare areas are primed

Glossy areas are abraded and sanded

Windows panes receive new putty where necessary

Wood, masonry, and stucco repairs available upon request or when specified on contract
3.Painting

2 Full coats are applied for finish.

All non-painted surfaces are covered to protect against splatter and drips

Paint is applied with a brush, roller, or sprayer depending on the surface

Only premium quality paints are used
4.Clean Up
- Performed daily and upon completion of the contract
- All rubbish is removed
- Garden cleaned iup of old paint flakes
- Outdoor fixture and furniture replaced
5.Inspection
- When all work is complete, a "walk around" is done to ensure all contracted areas are painted properly
- Final touch ups are noted and are completed before we leave
- A final inspection "walk around" is done with the customer
- Touch up paint is labelled and left with the customer
